If your team is focused on diversity hiring, we offer Diversity Filters to target underrepresented talent.
We also offer Clearance filters for roles that require talent with security clearance.
If you're looking to fill a Healthcare role, we offer the world's first Healthcare-specific filters to help you find candidates with niche medical skills and specialties.
If the role you need to fill requires talent that are experts in their field, you can use our Scholar filters to find talent based on their academic and research impact.
If you would like to rediscover past talent, we also offer an ATS filter so that you can solely source candidates pulled from your ATS.
Our U.S. Work Authorization filter allows you to target only those who are U.S citizens or Green Card holders.
Finally, if you are looking for candidates that are able to speak multiple languages, we have a Language filter to help you find multilingual talent.
With all your inputs and filters ready, you can calibrate your search by letting hireEZ's algorithm know whether the sample candidates presented are a "Good Fit" or "Not a Fit."
For the sake of this walkthrough, we will select the "Good Fit" or "Not a Good Fit" candidates for you.
Now that you've successfully calibrated your ideal candidates, select Start Sourcing.
hireEZ has found 1,852 candidates for you. Each candidate will have an overview of their skills and experience.
To see a more comprehensive summary of the candidate, simply click on their name.
Let's drill into Sample Candidate 6.
Here we can see a full breadth of info about this candidate as well as our recent touchpoints with him/her.
Let's go back to review the other candidates. Select X.
You can go through each candidate here and determine whether they are a "Good Fit" or "Not a Fit." Those that are Good Fit will be sent to your Candidate Pipeline.
For the sake of the walkthrough, we will add the Good Fit candidates into your pipeline for you.
You can also add team members to collaborate with you on this sourcing project.
Select Collaboration.
You can easily add team members or hiring managers by email and define their role within the sourcing project.
You can also see exactly what your team members are doing within the Sourcing Project to make sure everyone is always on the same page.
Next let's take a look at our Candidate Pipeline within this Sourcing Project.
Select Pipeline.
These are all the Good Fit candidates that have been pushed in your Pipeline.
As you go through your hiring process, you can return to this pipeline to move them to the next stage of the pipeline or reject them.
You can also filter which candidates you would like to see in your pipeline.
Select More Filters.
These in-project filters can be used for many cases such as filtering out candidates that have been already contacted by your team, or to only view candidates with high availability.
Now that you know how to use AI Sourcing , let's move onto the next section on Outreach & Engagement.
hireEZ integrates with 30+ ATS/CRM apps so you can easily sync your sourced candidates with your ATS.
To do so, simply find and select the Sync/Export button.
All your integrated ATS/CRM apps will show up here so you can easily find which app you would like to sync with.
Let's say that the ATS system you use is Workday.
Select Workday.
And then select Sync to ATS.
Select which job you would like to export these candidates to by selecting the Dropdown.
Let's sync these candidates to our Software Engineer job in Workday.
Next let's select which stage to push these candidates into. Select the Select a Stage Dropdown.
Let's push them into the Screen Stage.
Select Screen.
Perfect! And then select Export Candidates to finish.
And that's how you can sync your candidate data with your ATS. Simple, right?
