Projects and your Ideal Candidate Persona best practices
ProTip: The first thing we recommend you do when creating and starting to work on a Project is to review and update your Ideal Candidate Persona. This is critical because the system will determine how closely each profile matches up to your Ideal Persona, so you can prioritize the profiles that are most aligned with what you're looking for.
Note: If your Ideal Candidate Persona was created based on the JD, be sure to review all the requirements and remove unnecessary items to increase the precision of EZ Agent's candidate screening. Often, JDs are very long/generic, so as an alternative to building your ICP based on this, you can use intake form documents, hireEZ Forms (which may house intake notes), and even build your ICP based on your search filters or sample candidates.
