One entry per person per calendar month, no duplicate, bulk or third party entries.
To enter the Contest, contestants shall submit their entries online (https://explore.hireez.com/obr-success-story-contest/) via a form, which requires the contestants to provide their First Name, Last Name, and Email Address as well as type a summary of their Success Story with respect to the outbound recruiting strategy, in English. The Success Story is limited to 200 words (excluding spaces and punctuations).
The Contest entry will be closed every month on the 25th at 11:59 P.M. PT and reopen on the 26th at 12:00 A.M. PT.
The winner's Success Story must be original, from the aspect of outbound recruiting.
The Success Story will be judged by hireEZ on Creativity and Effectiveness of the outbound recruiting strategy:
(1)Creativity example: did the individual leverage a unique approach to target and engage with the candidate?
(2)Effectiveness example: did the individual achieve measurable results including an accelerated time-time hire, improved candidate response rates and/or lower costs?
On the last day of each month, up to only ONE (1) winner from all contestants' entries will be announced.
All contestants will receive hireEZ's email notification of such winning.
The winner's name and their Success Story will be featured on hireEZ's social media platforms of hireEZ's choice, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
Prize is valued approximately $4,000 USD, including:
One (1) free account of hireEZ's Enterprise Subscription for a duration of 6 months, starting on the date of the Winner Announcement (if the winner is not a current hireEZ customer), or a premium swag package plus an additional 7,200 contact credits if the Winner already has a hireEZ account.
One (1) hireEZ hoodie, one (1) hireEZ Yeti tumbler and one (1) hireEZ notebook.
1.No purchase is required to enter the Contest. A contestant must be a natural person, and shall enter the Contest only on their own behalf. An entry is void where prohibited by law.
2.The Contest does not require the contestant to be a hireEZ product user, and the Success Story is not required to be based on using any hireEZ product.
3.The Contest is not available for hireEZ's employees, advisors, consultants, or contractors.
5.In any event that no contestant's Success Story meets the Winning Criteria, hireEZ has the sole discretion to not announce any winner for that given month.
6.Up to one winner only each month. hireEZ will determine the ultimate winner in its sole discretion if a tie exists in this Contest.
7.By entering the Contest, the contestants authorize hireEZ to use the contact information they provided during the Contest Entry to contact them regarding the information of this Contest, hireEZ's future events, product and promotions.
8.By entering the Contest, the contestant agrees to grant a world-wide, loyalty-free, perpetual, unlimited, and irrevocable license to hireEZ to display, exhibit, adapt, publish, modify and create derivative work of the content contained in their entry submission in any media and in any format of hireEZ's choice. Any credit or other acknowledgment of the contestant, if any, shall be determined by hireEZ in its sole discretion. The contestant waives all legal and equitable rights relating to claims as a result of hireEZ's use of the contestant's content.
9.Contestants' submission and Success Story must not contain content of third parties' confidential information, private information, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary information that may infringe or violate any third party rights.
10.Contestants' Success Story should be original content and has not been previously published anywhere in whole or in part. Any content submitted shall not include or support libelous, defamatory, knowingly false content, excessive profanity, violence or racial intolerance, pornography, adult or mature content, or any other content that promotes intolerance, illegal activity, or political bias.
11.A winner of the Prize will be notified via the email address submitted in the Contest Entry. To avoid the Prize from being unclaimed and forfeited, the winner must confirm the shipping address within 60 days of hireEZ's email notification. Shipping and handling of the Prize, if any, will be fully paid by hireEZ. hireEZ is not responsible for any loss as a result of wrong shipping information provided by the winner, or due to mistakes caused by the shipping carrier. The Prize is not-transferable.
12.Any and all Prize related tax expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
13.hireEZ has the sole discretion to explain and modify the rules of this Contest, can substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable, and can suspend or cancel the Contest without notice at any time. Contestants agree to release and hold hireEZ harmless from and against any claim associated with the Contest.
14.hireEZ is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical errors or other events that may prevent the Contest from running as planned.
15.The Contest is solely held and sponsored by hireEZ, and there is no indication that the Contest has any affiliation with the social media through which hireEZ advertised the Contest.
16.The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, and the contestant consents to the jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts sitting in Santa Clara County, California.
17.By entering the Contest, a contestant acknowledges that they have reviewed and agreed to the Contest Guidelines and Rules, including this Contesta General Terms and Conditions.
18.The Contest Guidelines and Rules constitute the sole and entire agreement between hireEZ and the contestant with respect to the Contest.
