hireEZ Community Rewards Terms of Use

Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing or participating in the hireEZ community rewards program, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy (https://app.hireez.com/policies/generalpolicy) and Cookie Policy (https://app.hireez.com/policies/cookiepolicy). If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or participate in the hireEZ community rewards program.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the hireEZ Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at https://help.hireez.com/hc/en-us/p/rewards_center

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the hireEZ community rewards program (“hireEZ Community Rewards”), which is operated by HireTeamMate,Inc. dba hireEZ. These Terms of Use do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with hireEZ for other products or services.

hireEZ reserves the right to change or modify these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to hireEZ Community Rewards, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and may be posted to hireEZ rewards center (https://help.hireez.com/hc/en-us/p/rewards_center) at the sole discretion of hireEZ, so please check back from time to time. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in hireEZ Community Rewards following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must stop accessing and participating in hireEZ Community Rewards.

hireEZ Community Rewards is one way in which hireEZ rewards community members for participation in and contribution to the hireEZ community forum via posts and comments. hireEZ community members are able to earn and accumulate "Community points" that can be redeemed for hireEZ credits and swag items by posting and commenting on hireEZ Community Forum.

Subject to your compliant use of services pursuant to https://app.hireez.com/policies/termsofservice, you are eligible to join hireEZ Community Rewards. The Community Rewards program is available at https://help.hireez.com/hc/en-us/p/rewards_center. If you have signed up for hireEZ, you’re automatically granted the membership in hireEZ Community Rewards. You will be able to access hireEZ Community Rewards with hireEZ login credentials.

You can earn community points by creating posts and commenting on existing posts:

When a community member submits a post or a comment, it will be viewed and verified by hireEZ team. Posts and comments that didn’t get approved can not earn community points. hireEZ community team will not approve posts and comments that are not aligned with the hireEZ community code of conduct.

You also agree that your posts and comments in hireEZ community forum will be viewable by other hireEZ community members. You expect no privacy for information related to your posts and comments in hireEZ community forum, including but not limited to your user name.

If you delete your published posts or comments, it will not affect the total amount of your hireEZ community points.

hireEZ Community Points do not expire and cannot be transferred from one community member to the other. However, hireEZ reserves the rights, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the hireEZ Community Rewards program by giving you advance notice. After the suspension, termination or expiration of the program, your hireEZ Community Points may no longer be redeemable.

• Community points are promotional only and have no cash or property value. They may be redeemed for hireEZ credits and swag items that are listed in the hireEZ Rewards Center subject to change and availability.
• Swag items redemption is only available for community members located in the United States and has a mailing address in the United States.
• hireEZ may adjust the items listed in the hireEZ Rewards Center anytime at its sole discretion.
• Rewarded community points can not be redeemed for hireEZ Products other than credits.
• hireEZ makes no warranties and disclaims all responsibilities and liability for the completeness, accuracy, availability and timeliness of the point redemption program. hireEZ may use a third-party business to manage the point redemption system, create and deliver the swag items. hireEZ will have no liability if a third-party business miscalculates the points, refuses to redeem the points, fails to honor the reward, or makes changes to or replaces a defective swag item.

IN NO EVENT WILL HIREEZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISE OUT OF OR ARE IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THIS HIREEZ COMMUNITY REWARDS PROGRAM.

The parties (you and HireEZ) covenant that under no conditions will any party file any action against the other (except only requests for injunctive or other equitable relief) in any forum other than before the American Arbitration Association, and the parties agree that any such action, if filed, shall be dismissed upon application and shall be referred for arbitration hereunder with costs and attorney's fees to the prevailing party.

Any disputes arising out of or related to this HireEZ Community Rewards program will be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflicts of law rules.

There are no participation or membership fees associated with hireEZ Community Rewards. Community points with hireEZ Community Rewards are promotional, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. In addition, your redemption of community points accrued in connection with hireEZ community rewards cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts, unless otherwise expressly indicated by hireEZ.

You can only redeem credits or swag items for your own account or your team.

Without notice to you, hireEZ reserves the right to adjust your hireEZ community points or cancel your redemption in hireEZ Community Rewards if hireEZ determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms of Use.
